Nya's personality is described by the word perseverance. She walks back and forth for hours. When she's walking, she steps on thorns because she does not have shoes. She keeps going. This shows she is persistent because she met an obstacle and she overcame it. 

A character trait that describes Salva is strong. He lost all of his family and had to walk through different countries. At the river he almost got killed but he kept going. It shows he's strong because even though he lost so many family members and almost got killed, he didn't give up.

The word that best describes me is leader. I am a Leader of SOAR. I am on Student Council and FCCLA. I am always chosen to be the leader of the group in class. I keep people on track so we can get our work done.
